One-Stop Operator Selection

The Central Oklahoma Workforce Innovation Board (COWIB) selects a One-Stop Operator (OSO) to help coordinate services across the local One-Stop delivery system. This role supports collaboration among partner agencies to ensure job seekers and employers receive seamless, high-quality services.

The One-Stop Operator is chosen through a competitive and transparent process in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and applicable state and local requirements. Proposals are reviewed based on experience, capacity, and ability to effectively coordinate workforce system partners.

The selected One-Stop Operator works under the oversight of COWIB and is responsible for supporting system coordination and continuous improvement.
