Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth Service Provider

The Central Oklahoma Workforce Innovation Board (COWIB) contracts with service providers to deliver workforce services for Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth. These programs support individuals in gaining the skills, training, and employment opportunities needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

Service providers are selected through a competitive and transparent process in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and applicable state and local requirements. Proposals are evaluated based on experience, service capacity, and the ability to meet the needs of job seekers and employers.

Providers operate under the oversight of the COWIB and are responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services that support employment, career advancement, and long-term economic success.
