COWIB CEO Speaks at the Oklahoma Library Annual Conference 2021
Ashley Sellers, CEO, served as a panelist for the Oklahoma Library Association (OLA) Annual Conference in Norman on July 28, 2021. This year’s theme is Stronger Together: Building and Maintaining Partnerships to Address Critical Needs. Ashley was able to present about Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs, as she addressed how the grants would lower economic barriers in our 9-county area and across the state.
