Job Seeker Services
Skills Assessment
Not sure what kind of job is right for you? Our Career Navigators can help you figure out your skills, strengths, and interests—and how they match with different jobs or careers. If you need help choosing a path or setting a work goal, we can help.
Occupational Skills Training
Want to train for a better job? We can refer you to colleges, universities, or career tech schools where you can learn new skills and earn a certificate, degree, license, or credential. In many cases, we may be able to help with the cost of your training, that you don't have to pay back!
Job Placement Services
Looking for a job? Our Career Navigators can help you search and may connect you with companies that are hiring. Job placements can happen through our Hot Jobs flyer, job search support, Work Experience programs, or On-the-Job Training. If you're part of our program, we’ll help find the best option for you.
Additional Youth Services
If you're a young person (16-24 years old) looking to build your future, we offer extra support just for you. This includes help with money skills, leadership training, and programs to earn your High School Equivalency or GED. You can also earn rewards for learning good work habits and showing up ready to succeed!
Job Readiness Training
Need help getting ready for work? Our staff can help you build the skills employers want. We offer support with interview practice, writing a resume, and improving soft skills like communication and teamwork. Young adults can also take our course, Dynamic Futures, that teaches key skills to help you succeed on the job.
Labor Market Information
Not sure what jobs are in demand? Our staff can help you research different careers so you can make smart choices. You'll learn which jobs and industries are hiring in your area and what might be a good fit for your skills and interests.
Supportive Services
Do you have things in your way that make it hard to get or keep a job or go to school? We can help you find support. During your skills assessment, we’ll talk about any barriers you face and ways to overcome them. You may get referrals for help with things like transportation, utility bills, food, or health services. In some cases, we can also help pay for or reimburse the cost of school or work-related items like tools, uniforms, books, or tests.
