"I just wanted to say 'Thank you' for everything you and your team did to help us get the funding for the Mastercam and Solidworks training. The guys are already making incredible progress with the techniques that they acquired in the class. This will really make a difference for our company." - Greta McDonald, Office Manager for Special Parts Manufacturing, Inc.

Training Grants

Develop Skills with
Paid Internships

Our Paid Internship service, also known as Work Experience (WEX) or Transitional Jobs, helps individuals gain essential job skills. We can provide interns, cover 100% of their wages, and provide workers' compensation. This allows participants to gain valuable experience while offering businesses skilled temporary workers without a long-term commitment. Businesses may choose to hire interns after their hours are complete and utilize the On-the-Job Training for continued support.

Cost-Effective Hiring with
On-the-Job Training

Our On-the-Job Training (OJT) service offers flexible, work-based training that equips participants with essential skills. Employers can hire directly and train new employees using their own methods, and can receive up to a 50% wage reimbursement for up to 6 months for training costs. This service helps employers build a skilled workforce. Full-time positions are required, and employers must retain employees full-time after the program.
