CPN and Catholic Charities: Working Together to Employee Refugees

Hidden and untapped talent pools exist in the labor force. Refugees is just one of many of those talent pools that are often overlooked or hidden when we look at hiring strategies. COWIB, Catholic Charities, and Citizen Potawtomi Nation worked together to help refugees who are living in Oklahoma to find gainful, full-time employment that works with their customs and cultures. This story highlights the work that was done by COWIB, Catholic Charities, and CPN and the value that was added to the lives of these refugees, their families, and Citizen Potawatomi Nation and their employees.
